it is generally acknowledged as an example of outstanding Craftsmanship with function and beauty interwoven,
the simplicity of appearance joined with an incredibly complex design.
A piece of work like this is impossible to access these days, we searched for a solution for 2 years, then I remembered you made us a piece some years ago……you have created exactly what we hoped for, and will continue to enjoy for many years to come.

Thanks again for making me such a beautiful cabinet.  I have been trying to decide on my favorite bit, but have to have a top four.  The brown points on the top right draw, the kick board at the bottom in the middle, the ripple in the grain at the top on the left front, the perfectly folded top left draw...

Thank you so much for our beautiful table. We are enjoying its warmth and natural beauty every day. We were impressed by being able to view the timber 'planks' before you started to make the table as well as seeing it during the building process. It made it a very personal experience.
At Easter we had the extensions in place and sat 14 diners who were impressed with its beauty and solidity.
We see it as a piece of furniture to pass down to our children in the future.

I'm a huge admirer of Richard's craftsmanship and am proud to own several cherished pieces from his collection, including a bookcase, coffee table, hall  table, dining table with accompanying bench seats, mirror and a queen size bed featuring underneath drawers (yes, I'm a bit of a fan). Each piece has been made in collaboration with me, according to my design tastes, required measurements and the general feel I want to create within my home. What I love most about Richard's furniture is that each piece is truly a one-off, made from beautiful reclaimed old timbers that I know I'll have to enjoy for a lifetime.
